We co-create a plan that best suits your needs.
In the past, I have facilitated people along their wellness
path in the following ways:

One-on-one Health Coach sessions:  I combine my
knowledge of nutrition and yoga (asanas, breathing,
relaxation, positive thinking and meditation) with
coaching skills to help clients move forward with and
succeed in their health goals.

Group classes:  I am the author of The Nutrient-Dense Diet
and Lifestyle Program, a workbook outlining a 40-day
program of education and transformation.  I teach the
program as the participants create their own experience
by taking the information home, completing the daily
exercises and following the food plans in the workbook.  
Individuals can go through this program; however, I find it
most useful in a group setting as the support of and the
feedback from a group is helpful.

At-your-home Consultation:  We can meet at your home
and talk about what is working, what isn’t quite right and
what it would take to create a kitchen/pantry that would
better support your goals.  This might include a lesson on
nutrient-dense food preparation.

Nutrition/Wellness Talks:  I have presented interactive talks
on nutrition/wellness to MOPS groups, elementary schools,
corporations and fitness centers.

Wellness Forum:  I host a bi-weekly forum in my community
in Erie, Colorado, to discuss all things wellness.
