Wellness
from
the
inside
out.
By giving yourself your undivided attention, even just for a moment, our
bodies will reveal what is needed.  Maybe it is a certain food, maybe it is
dismantling a certain belief system, maybe it is connection with community
. . . we already have the answers.  What is helpful is somebody asking the
right questions and the time for that quiet reflection to listen to and hear
the answers.

True Nature Nutrition recognizes the need for addressing the whole person
in any wellness pursuit.  Clients have reported, over and over again, starting
this wellness pursuit with one symptom in mind only to address many other symptoms along the way, even ones they weren't aware of.
Thereby feeling better than they ever have or thought possible.

True Nature Nutrition offers an education and the inspiration to help one find their own, particular way to feeling great.

My Philosophy

Our true nature is one of wholeness and wellness. Each cell in our body has the innate wisdom to take care of itself in order to do the job it is
designed to do. Disease or illness occurs when one or more things in our environment, internal or external, overwhelm the cells’ ability to thrive.

Our job is to learn how the unique expression of these cells, which is our individual body and soul, likes to be nourished to facilitate the infinite
flow of vitality that is inherent in all of us. This work, adopting a conscious diet and lifestyle, is a labor of self-love. Physical, emotional and
spiritual well-being are the fruits of this labor.

You are your own biggest advocate and the creator of your experience. You are the only one in your body; you know best. We promote our
health by being aware of how diet, emotions, body mechanics, environmental exposures and genetics affect our wellness. We learn a lot by
dialoguing with ourselves.  Communication and responsiveness are paramount to conscious living. Often this self-exploration reveals belief
systems which sabotage our best intentions.

If we are unable or unwilling to take an honest look at ourselves, our bodies speak louder. Pain (inflammation), mucus, fatigue and
depression are some of the ways the body communicates disharmony.  If we don’t listen, illness or disease ensues. We are empowered by the
fact that we can restore harmony by promoting congruence in the physical, emotional and spiritual elements of our being.

As you assume the responsibility for your well-being, you surround yourself with supportive family, friends and wellness practitioners. I would be
honored to be a part of your support system.
